Email our support team for help with your account, product pages, GS1 Digital Links, GTIN lookups, billing, or the LabelRoot plugin and connector.
Contact support
Send the product name, GTIN or UPC when relevant, the page or plugin you were using, and what you expected to happen to support@labelroot.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, or other secrets.
Before a production print run
Use the QR testing checklist and verify the exact identifier, printed URL, product destination, and artwork with the brand, printer, and relevant retail partners. LabelRoot support cannot certify GS1 compliance or guarantee checkout acceptance.
